Online meetings

As announced earlier, the conference will contain some online meetings. This informationis intended to clarify the participation for those meetings. The conference programme will be updated to reflect the setup described below.

In line with earlier conferences, all committee and WG meetings will be open for in-person delegates during the conference.

The General Administrative and Organisational Committee (C3) and conference plenary meetings.

These meetings will be open for member society officials listening in by online streaming.

Online access details will be distributed through the member society mailing list a week before the conference.

As informed before, voting is limited to in-person participation and by submitted proxies.

Committees HF (C4), VHF+ (C5) and EMCC (C7)

These permanent committees have meetings in between conferences. The committees have also prepared with online meeting(s) before the conference with the members.

The planning has been made by the chair/committee and during the conference only C7 will have an online hybrid meeting with online access for the committee members. The C7 chair will inform the committee about online access details.

Meeting on Future Conference Format

This meeting will be open to member society officials to join online and take part by the hybrid meeting format. The meeting will be lead and moderated by an external company (Envoy, this is the same company that lead the workshop in 2021.)

The key points from the discussion will be compiled by Envoy and available the following morning to be used as an input to the C3 meeting discussion.

Committee/Working groups SRLC/PRC, Emcomm and Youth

These committees/working groups have online meetings in between conferences. The meeting during the conference will be more of an information type of meeting and will be open for member society officials to join online by the hybrid meeting format.
