For all participants that need visa, OEVSV will assist in the procedure for obtaining the visa. Participants in need of support are kindly requested to send a mail to Arnold, OE1IAH, oe1iah(at)oevsv.at

The contact should be made as earlier as possible, not later that 1. July 2026. Please, be aware that the process of issuing visa requires time, therefore we kindly ask you to try to avoid last minute calls.
